A fantastic night at the NODA awards last night. We are delighted to win the award for Best Concert and are very proud of our achievement. Well done to all especially Linda Scott and Jackie Webb for all their hard work and organising and everyone for all their commitment. 



We are delighted to share our NODA nominations for 2018 with you all which come at the end of a superb 50th Anniversary year:

Best lead actor in a musical - Stephen Carletti

Best ensembled leading actors performance - Alison Hampson, Diane Jones, Vicky Fairhurst

Best musical director - Linda Scott for 9 to 5

OMADS Turns 50!

We were founded in 1968 and will therefore be celebrating 50 successful years next year! To honour this fantastic milestone our concert in January 2018 will look back over the past 50 years and celebrate all things past, present and future. Watch this space for more exciting information!

 A big thank you to all involved in what has been the most exciting, fun and successful show for years. Huge congratulations to all involved and a massive shout out to our beautiful and talented Dorothy, Natalie Jones!! The Wizard of Oz may be over but watch this space...our upcoming events will be advertised very soon!

We're moving

 OMADS is to say goodbye to Salem Church hall after final rehearsals for The Wizard of Oz. The new home of Orrell Musical and Dramatic society will be  Trinity Methodist Church Hall, Fleet St, Pemberton, WN5 0DS. Musical Theatre in Wigan.
